Cesión Fiduciaria de Créditos
Se hace saber que el día 29 de junio de 2015, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A., en
su carácter de fiduciante (el “Fiduciante”) del “Fideicomiso Financiero Privado Prendas BACS” (el
“Fideicomiso”) en el cual Rosario Administradora Sociedad Fiduciaria S.A. actúa como fiduciaria
(el “Fiduciario”), cedió por medio de una cesión ordinaria (artículos 1434 y siguientes del Código
Civil de la República Argentina) créditos originados en préstamos suscriptos en relación a opera-
ciones de compra venta de automotores celebrados por los deudores otorgados por el Fiduciante
y garantizados con prenda con registro sobre los respectivos rodados (conforme al Decreto- Ley
Nº 15.348/46 ratificado por la Ley Nº 12.962 y modificado por el Decreto-Ley Nº 6810/63, texto
ordenado según Decreto Nº 897/95). La cesión que aquí se notifica se refiere a los créditos espe-
cialmente indicados en el disco compacto que ha sido entregado de conformidad con la Comuni-
cación de Oferta De Transferencia Fiduciaria al Fideicomiso del Fiduciante al Fiduciario de fecha
29 de junio de 2015, el cual podrá ser consultado por quienes prueben tener un interés legítimo en
el domicilio del Fiduciario sito en Paraguay 777, Piso 9, Ciudad de Rosario, Provincia de Santa Fe,
Argentina. A continuación se listan los números de los créditos cedidos para la identificación por

domicilio de pago. La cesión implica el cambio de acreedor respecto de los créditos cedidos, que
en lo sucesivo, pasará a ser el Fideicomiso, representado en la persona del Fiduciario. Solange
