Comunica que: 1) por Asamblea del 12/12/2014
se aumentó el capital social de $ 850.000 a
Segunda
$ 1.000.000 y se reformó el artículo 4° del es-
tatuto social a fin de reflejar el nuevo capital
social; 2) por Asamblea del 14/05/2015 se au-
mentó el capital de $ 1.000.000 a $ 1.100.000 y
se reformó el artículo 4 del estatuto social a fin
de reflejar el nuevo capital social.
