Y CONSUMO BICENTENARIA LIMITADA
“Conforme lo establecen los artículos 1614 siguientes y concordantes
del Código Civil y Comercial, se notifica a todos los acreedores,
terceros interesados y beneficiarios de las asistencias crediticias
otorgadas por COOPERATIVA DE VIVIENDA, CREDITO Y CONSUMO
BICENTENARIA LIMITADA, con domicilio en calla Sarmiento 348 Piso
4 “A” de la Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, que por la oferta de
Cesión de Cartera de Créditos de fecha 12/05/2017, suscripto entre
Coop. de Viv., Credito Cons. Bicentenaria y el Banco BICA S.A.,
con domicilio en calle 25 de Mayo 2446 de la Ciudad de Santa Fe,
Provincia de Santa Fe, COOPERATIVA DE VIVIENDA, CREDITO Y
CONSUMO BICENTENARIA LIMITADA ha cedido en propiedad a
BANCO BICA SA, una cartera de créditos determinada, conforme el
detalle de beneficiarios y operaciones crediticias que seguidamente
se individualizan con Apellido y nombre, DNI, Nro. Operación, Fecha
