SUBTERRANEOS DE BUENOS AIRES SOCIEDAD DEL ESTADO
Informa que por Asamblea Extraordinaria del 26/1/16 se resolvió aumentar el capital social a $ 8.352.969.258,
reducir el capital social a $ 7.222.970.313 y modificar el artículo 7 del estatuto social. Por último, por asamblea
ordinaria y extraordinaria del 19/05/17 se aumentó nuevamente el capital social a $ 10.314.016.053 y modificar el
artículo 7 del estatuto social. Autorizado según instrumento público Esc. Nº 341 de fecha 28/06/2016 Reg. Nº 1879.
