EDICTO: De acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el art. 23° del Decreto-Ley N° 6848/63, ratificado por Ley N° 16.478/64,

se hace saber a los interesados que serán destruidos los expedientes judiciales correspondientes a los Juzgados

Nacionales de Primera Instancia en lo COMERCIAL N° 4, Secretarías N° 7 y 8; COMERCIAL N° 5, Secretarías N° 9

y 10; COMERCIAL N° 9, Secretaría N° 17 y 18; COMERCIAL N° 10, Secretarías N° 19 y 20; COMERCIAL N° 13,

Secretarías N° 25 y 26; COMERCIAL N° 14, Secretarías N° 27 y 28; COMERCIAL N° 15, Secretarías N° 29 y 30;

COMERCIAL N° 16, Secretarías N° 31; COMERCIAL N° 19, Secretarías N° 37; COMERCIAL N° 20, Secretarías

N° 39 y 40; COMERCIAL N° 23, Secretarías N° 45 y 46; COMERCIAL N° 25, Secretarías N° 49 y 50, de los años

1970 a 2006, del legajo número 95.921 al 105.888, y que estén comprendidos en el art. 17° de dicho Decreto-

Ley. Las partes interesadas en la conservación de alguno de ellos, podrán requerirla por escrito ante el Señor

Secretario de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación, antes del vencimiento de los treinta (30) días de esta

publicación, debiendo justificar en dicho acto el interés legítimo que les asiste. DR. AUGUSTO J. FERNÁNDEZ
