(IGJ 1.607.358 – CUIT 30-68150323-0) Comunica que por instrumento privado del 14/04/2023 los Sres. Miguel
Alejandro Felder, Daniel Norberto Yankelevich y Nelson Gabriel Spejer cedieron un total de 1200 cuotas sociales de
PRAGMA CONSULTORES S.R.L. a favor de Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V. y Arebu Holdings B.V. En consecuencia,
el capital de la Sociedad quedó compuesto conforme el siguiente detalle: (i) Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V. titular
de 1.140 cuotas de $ 10 valor nominal cada una y con derecho a un voto por cuota, que representan el 95% del
capital social; y (ii) Arebu Holdings B.V. titular de 60 cuotas de $ 10 valor nominal cada una y con derecho a un voto
por cuota, que representan el 5% del capital social. Autorizado según instrumento privado Instrumento Privado de
