favor de BeiGene UK Ltd., y Ferrer Internacional S.A. transfirió el total de 646.744 cuotas, totalmente integradas,
de valor nominal $ 10 cada una y con derecho a 1 voto por cuota a favor de BeiGene United Kingdom Ltd. Luego
de la cesión de cuotas, las participaciones de Ferrer Argentina S.R.L. quedaron de la siguiente manera: (i) BeiGene
UK Ltd. titular de 12.288.131 cuotas, y (ii) BeiGene United Kingdom Ltd. titular de 646.744 cuotas; todas de valor
nominal $ 10 cada una y con derecho a 1 voto por cuota. Autorizado según instrumento privado Contrato de fecha
