30-70087000-2 Por Asamblea General Extraordinaria del 22/11/2023 se resolvió aumentar el capital social a
$ 32.503.388, reformando el artículo 4° del estatuto social. El capital quedó suscripto por: (i) Geodis International,
titular de 32.483.387 acciones, y (ii) Transport Gestion et Participations TGP S.A.R.L., titular de 20.001 acciones,
todas ellas de $ 1 valor nominal y con derecho a un voto por acción. Autorizado según instrumento privado Acta
de Asamblea de fecha 22/11/2023
